Advanced Cooling Solution
Sustainable, Energy-efficient for Today's Data Centers
One-Stop Solution Provider
The rapid growth in semiconductor technology and AI/HPC applications is driving the demand for high-performance chips, resulting in higher power density in data centers. As the heat generated by these powerful chips increases, traditional cooling methods are becoming less effective. To address this, Ingrasys established a 'High-Efficiency Cooling Laboratory’ years ago, offering a comprehensive range of customized rack-level liquid and immersion cooling solutions for various scenarios. These solutions not only manage the increased computational demands but also reduce energy consumption and operational costs, making data centers greener and more efficiently.
Features
High Power Density
A server rack using traditional air cooling can manage around 25 kW of heat dissipation, while using liquid cooling can push the limits beyond 100 kW, enabling data centers to maintain performance and reliability as component densities increase.
Lower PUE
With eliminating the need for energy-intensive air conditioning systems and high-speed fans, adopting liquid cooling can result in significant energy savings and an improved power usage effectiveness (PUE) ratio.
Quieter Operation
Liquid-cooled systems typically utilize low-speed fans, providing quieter operation compared to air-cooled systems that rely on high-speed fans.
Enhanced Performance
By maintaining lower temperatures, liquid-cooled systems help ensure the stability and longevity of hardware, allowing for high performance without thermal throttling.
